On Saturday, January 31st at 7:45AM, please join us for breakfast and our annual WCMMEA Business meeting held in the Island Room at Margaritaville.
We will be voting on a few updates to our WCMMEA Constitution and we have attached them for you to view prior to the meeting. Please visit the following link to view the proposal.

Important Information! Please Read:
In order to ensure that students in the West Central (WC) district are afforded every educational experience possible, the WC District board met on August 31, 2022 and voted to suspend the adopted All District Band and Jazz Band policies and procedures. The Board has begun construction of an alternative audition scenario for member institution(s) that will be competing in the Bands of America Grand National Event which coincides with the WC All District Band auditions on November 12th, 2022. Information on the updated audition procedures will be forthcoming as soon as possible.
